What Is CM?
CM (Culture Monitor) is a five-to-ten minute assessment “hard-wired to culture” and used by periodically engaging employees’ perception of the culture’s evolving state. The same assessment, with re-framed questions, is an extraordinary screening tool in securing qualified resources with the right fit.

Pricing
We provide various plans to give you the flexibility to be able to choose one plan that best aligns with your spend strategy. Our plans guarantee a price lock for the duration of their term.
- Discovery Plus
- Annual
Discovery Plus is a plan for those that would like to explore the use of the tool for three months to start with. Following your initial three-month commitment, you will have a number of options available to you. The choice for next steps to be considered are as follows:
- Convert to an Annual subscription plan, as noted under the Annual tab. This choice saves the equivalent of two months per year.
- Convert to a Monthly subscription plan, as noted below. This plan is palatable with planned cash flow management practices.
- Continue your quarterly subscription.
- Cancel your subscription to the Culture Monitor™.

Software Integration Considerations
We are aware that some organizations may wish to either integrate the Culture Monitor with their HRIS of choice or host the Culture Monitor™ internally. There are numerous HRIS platform choices in the market place, each requiring unique coding for compatibility. Regardless of the preferred direction OrgFitech is willing to explore a possible licencing arrangement with an agreed technical support approach and pricing which will be determined through mutual agreement.
